PSL – PAR’s Services Ltd was founded by Par Leihl over 15 years ago who had a clear vision to create a company built on honesty, integrity, hard work, commitment, reputation, experience, and solid work ethics. We are proud to say that with the continued efforts, commitment, dedication, and hard work of our entire team, we have done just that. PSL has become a company that clients have grown to trust!
With over 31 years of professional experience in the trucking transportation industry, Par brings along with him an extensive experience ranging from operating pneumatic cement tankers, fuel tankers, specialized hauling, gravel trucks, heavy equipment operation and construction.

With multiple divisions PSL has grown to be a multi-faceted services company that will go that extra mile to ensure we execute every bid and every job with the customer always in mind. Timelines, budgets and safety are critically important to every project we are awarded. A third-party certification program, LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) states this:
New Construction certification and Energy Star ratings seem to be the future of construction projects. It’s important to not only build beautiful buildings, but buildings that are energy efficient, healthy for their occupants to exist within and that they not harm the environment.
The same holds true for recycling and disposing of all construction materials. When demolition debris cannot be re-used, PSL – PAR’s Services Ltd works with only certified recycling facilities to minimize any impact to the environment.
